If your car is lowered you want LCA relocation brackets, new LCA's, get rid of that damn tranny mount Torque arm and put on a chassis mount, Sub frame connectors, panhard bar, shocks, etc..

I would suggest Sub frame connectors, Torque arm, shock tower brace, and a bitchin set of shocks suited to your driving style.

ok i just got off the phone with sam from strano, hes probably bangin his head against the wall right now cause i was asking stupid questions but even though i could tell he was kinda annoyed he really helped and had me halfway through checkout of some of his springs till i sat and thought about if im gonna have clearance issues.....i have pacesetter longtubes with flowmaster single chamber turndowns....what would be the best way to see if the drop would be ok on my car other than actually throwin the springs on and crossing my fingers?

However much a drop the springs are is that much closer your exhaust will be to the ground.. I have about 3 1/2 inches of clearance myself..

I have SLP headers which hang low anyways, 3" ory into a 4" mufflex exhaust.. The only part that ever scrapes is the headers, which is why you see the skid plate..

I don't have too many issues.. You learn all the problems spots in your area....lol I've had skid plates put on every year, they are wore through by the end of the year.. With true duals you must already be hanging pretty low aren't you?

funny you mention the "problem areas" theres one road by me that has a HUGE dip before a stop sign, i was drivin it the other day and a cop was behind me, i crossed the double yellow to avoid it, looked in my rearview and saw him with the "what the hells he doin" look then a second later i see his car dip up and down

how much do you get charged to get the skid plates put on? my car sits pretty low but i only scraped once goin into my buddies driveway cause its a huge grade...ill try to get some pictures up

If you drop it you will have to worry about everything for sure. I have about 3" of clearance on my car and there is certain places I just flat out can't go.

You'll have to decide what you want more, true duals or lowered..Personally I'd lower it and put in a new exhaust.. But it's up to you!

After the shocks and springs I would get: subframe connectors, rear LCA's, LCA relocation brackets, Adj.PHB, Sway-bars, UMI TA relocation trans cross member.
