    Comments on lower control arm relocation

    What do yall think about the relocation brackets for the f body for the lower control arms? does it work or what?

    there made to lower he control arms to get the drive angle of the car lower tto improve traction

    Well sounds like a good idea. Hopefully a Fbody guy will chime in soon on this.

    I bolted a set on my 97 LTx when it was stock. I didnt notice a difference untill I started modding it and getting the 400+rwhp range.

    AFAIK, the idea behind them is the prevent wheel hop on launch and make the wheels/axle dig in more instead of bounding upwards.

    ya i ordered some BMR LCA's and UMI relocation brackets (they were cheaper).. most ppl wonnt need the relocation brackets unless the car is lowered... wont hurt to have some.. i have a 1.25'' drop on my car so i decided to get them... I noticed a huge difference after puttin them on...

    Got the LCA's from BMR.. There the "TCA004 - Poly/Rod Combination Control Arms- $209.95".. And my relocation brackets were just UMI bolt on brackets.. they have weld on as well.. i ordered all my crap in red to so ppl wold kow i have em.. lol.. but i am very pleased...

    BTW i bought all my shit when they was on sale so i only spent 200 fro everything...

    aight.. i will take some tonight and post them up tomorrow... it took about 5 hours to install and it shoulda only take an hour... i cant do anything without runnin into problems...

    The LCA Relo's help on a launch, but are rougher on parts. A stock 10 bolt needs all the help it can get to survive, and these aren't it. They are fun though.

    I have the BMR adjustable LCA's, all I need is the relocation brackets? Or a different LCA all together
