My rule of thumb is 90%, I don't care for mine to go past that. You'd be surprised how hard simple mods and a tune can push the stock injectors in an LSx car, especially the earlier years with 26# injectors

424 HP/395TQ
For N/A you shouldn't need any more than 42lb. If it is H/C on stock displacement a lot of times stock will work.
