    Updated dyno #'s w/ my GTP Stg 2+ heads & Torquer v2

    435hp/388tq

I finally got to get some updated numbers from my head swap. I still have yet to put on my u/d pulley, so w/ that I might be into the 440s. I'm hoping to clear the 450hp mark w/ a ported 92/92 but that'll be a while. To add, I drove 4 1/2 hours straight to Ft. Worth and to Speedtek, only to get on the dyno w/in about 10 minutes so it was a faily tough day for my car. He let up at 6200, my limiter is set at 6800, and it looks like there was still some power left had he pulled it up that high. All in all I'm very pleased, curve looks good, and there is GOOD power throughout the entire range. I'll get the sheet up shortly.

The first pull it was cut off @ 6200. I'm pretty sure there was still another 10 +/- left on the table, but can't complain. I'm quite confident that w/ my pulley, fast 92/92, and some bigger injectors this thing will clear 450. I was hoping to clear the 400tq mark, but it makes 300+tq @ 3k rpm and PULLS hard!!!! So the power across the board is killer w/ these GTP 2+ heads!

As I said before, this was dyno'd only minutes after a 4 hour drive to DFW, 1 hr. of stop and go traffic on 35W and another 45 min. to get my bro in Arlington and back to Haltom City. That and the 101* DEGREES OUTSIDE!!!!!

I didn't get an SAE graph, the guy doing the pulls said that it was only a 4-5 hp difference w/ it being 101* & humidity at only 14-15, so I took his word on it. When I get my 92/92 and UD pulley on so I'll have some more updated numbers later, so these are "TEMPORARY!"

holy shit. I almost went with the Torquer 2. heads make a big difference. I've got the 228R and made 391:) don't think the HP add from the difference in the 2 cams would be 40hp so 'd say the big factor are the heads. nice numbers dude~Cole~

I'm by no means trying to brag, but it did 413 cam only which is REALLY good for this cam (avg. is 390-400), and the heads were spot on what I figured they would be! I was torn between the GTPs (Craig Gallant Performance - hand ported 241s) or some 5.3 stg 2.5's. I went with Craig Gallants heads because I have always heard his heads have incredible power across the entire RPM range so that made my decision being as it's more a street car than a track car!

Love the numbers but your graph looks good and strong too. On a cooler day, with the 92/92, 450 WILL NOT be a problem. Where do you live that you go to DFW? Next time you head there for a dyno let me know, it's only a couple of hours drive for me.

Why are you running out of fuel at the end? I am assuming that is why he let up? Good numbers though.

stockers!! yea they're maxed out, which is why I'm saving for them as we speak. I went to DFW to hang out w/ my bro for the 4th, and figured since I was down there I might as well get some more #'s.

Ya you should be able to see some good gains with some 42lbs. And its not good to run yours over 80% as it is.
